Weekly meal plan – 30th June 2018
Monday – Chicken/veggie curry and rice. We usually have some kind of curry on a Monday and this week is no different. Carrying on from last weeks eat up we have some chicken curry portions still in our freezer. I will make myself a veggie curry using whatever I can find.
Tuesday – Sausages, new potatoes and broccoli. My father in law grows really yummy new potatoes so at this time of year we get lots of them.
Wednesday – Spaghetti and sauce. This is a mega cheat meal for us as it takes very little prep and cooking. At the end of the school year there seems to be so much crammed in it’s hard to keep up. So I’ve decided that I’ll make it a little easier on myself.
Thursday – Salmon, new potatoes and peas. We have some salmon and peas in the freezer still so I’ll cook them up and maybe make a parsley sauce to go with it.
Friday – Freezer food/leftovers. As usual anything that needs eating up from the week or from the freezer.
Saturday – Unsure on Saturday nights tea? We may end up getting another Indian meal box from Tesco to prevent buying a takeaway.
Sunday – Slow cooker roast chicken with all the trimmings. Roasted new potatoes, stuffing, lots of veggies and gravy.
