Our weekly meal plan – 19th May 2018
Monday – Party food, It’s my little girls birthday this week so we will be celebrating as usual with an array of party food for tea. She’s requested all her favourite foods and a unicorn cake so I’m really looking forward to Monday nights tea.
Tuesday – Salad with leftover party food. I know we won’t be home until late on Tuesday so I’ve planned a super simple salad with leftover party food. I know we will have so much party food leftover after Monday.
Wednesday – Leftover chicken curry out of the freezer for the family. Mexican vegan chilli for myself. I found this recipe this week and I’m super excited to make it! I’ll batch cook it and freeze the leftover portions to make easy dinners for another night.
Thursday – Sausages and mash/new potatoes. Our weekly staple of sausage and mash/new potatoes and broccoli.
Friday – Freezer food/leftover, to prevent any food waste.
Saturday, Sunday, Monday – BBQ/ party food. We will be visiting family over this bank holiday weekend for my daughter’s birthday so we it’ll likely be a 3 day bender of BBQ’s (weather dependant), party food, cake and Shloer. Yum!
